SHIPPING POLICY

  • What is the cost of shipping?
  • Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, please contact at 9873671853 for fees and other details

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?
    From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
    We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on 9873671853 or write to us at vikasranna76@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
    For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.
  • Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM
  • Cash on delivery is not available 


CANCELLATION

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Urban Hydroponic Farm(UHF) and accept The UHF’s decision regarding the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY THE UHF

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by UHF and accept UHF’s decision regarding the cancellation.


COURIER

  • Delivery takes 7-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location. 

Warranty and Returns

We offer product exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves.

Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

A return order is ineligible for exchange if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice.

No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at vikasranna76@gmail.com  from the email you placed the order with. We do not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.


Third-party websites

Certain content on our store may link to third-party websites like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook that are not affiliated with us. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.


Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Urban Hydroponic Farm (India inc Partners), our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Collecting Data

When you buy a product from us, we store your name, address, contact and purchase information. We may use this information to fulfil your order, occasionally send you marketing email, and improve the user experience. All marketing communication will contain an opt-out link to unsubscribe.


Sharing Data

We may share your personal information when required by law to do so or to protect our rights if our Terms of Service are suspected to be violated.

 

Payments

We never store your payment credentials on our servers. Credit card and authorisation service is provided by third-party payment gateways and banks who adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics, payment gateways and social media. Such providers have their own terms and privacy policies. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.


MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30am to 6.30pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
