1. DABELL
Dabeli is a dish that is quite popular here in Gujarat. It is known to have its roots in the Kutch region of the state. This tantalizing dish is prepared using crushed potatoes and a unique Dabeli masala, which is then inserted inside pav (burger buns) and enjoyed with chutney. One of the most popular places to have this delicious snack is Bhai Dabeli in Vadodara city.
2. UNDHIYU
Undhiyu is a one-pot vegetable casserole dish that is the signature dish in Gujarati vegetarian cuisine.
The name of this dish inherits from the Gujarati term "undhu", which means upside down, as the dish is usually cooked upside down underground in earthen pots, named as "matlu", which are ignited from above.
Various restaurants serve Undhiyu in Ahmedabad and all the Gujarati restaurants serving thalis include this delicacy daily in their menus, particularly during winters. 4. FAAFDA

5. DHOKLA
