The Vikings owed their giant-spirited passion for carousing to the
most mild-mannered of deities, Byggvir (pronounced ‘big-vee-ur’).
With his wife Beyla, they presided over the brewing of mead and
beer. Inspired by Byggvir and Beyla’s immeasurable love of brewing
mead & beer, and by adopting the name of Byg, we at Byg Brewski
Brewing Company pay homage to the immortal brewer who moved
an entire nation, and also to the great brewing traditions of the
world, serving up delectable dishes and masterful homebrews
surrounded by dynamic architecture and stunning skylines, with
three magnificent outlets at Sarjapur,  Hennur and Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.

Indian food, hyper-local Karnataka dishes and global cuisines make up the eclectic menu at our outlets. We bring to life the bygone era, with more than 200 international and Indian recipes from around the world, a delight to a connoisseur's taste-buds. You’ll see everything from kararirotis flying & pizzas being tossed to ribs being cooked to & classic nachos being carefully assembled, with the view from the state-of-the-art silent Live Kitchen. Our 6,500 sq. ft state-of-the-art culinary setup with best fire power incorporates immaculate standards of hygiene in an open kitchen concept for complete transparency. Additionally, we accommodate one of the largest wood fire pizza ovens that cater to scale and quality, baking a wide range of our own bread in the in-house patisserie.
